-Girls have the option to participate in our Saturday night dress-up theme this year which is "Women of Royalty." Ask your girls to bring clothing items and accessories that exemplify to them a woman of royalty. We will be discussing what a woman of royalty is based on scripture on Saturday afternoon and the girls will be given specific projects related to this theme.

That Girl Thing 2011 will be November 11-13.
Our prayer is that this not only be a retreat that teaches but also one that facilitates growth and understanding. During the weekend, your girls will be challenged to not only learn more about being a Godly woman but also to answer hard questions about the principles of why they believe what they believe and how to apply these principles to different aspects of their life.
Life Groups-Believing that we all as individuals worship differently, our life groups were designed to implement art, music, drama, photography, writing, and sign language in our evolving discussion of the theme during the weekend. Not only does each group give the girls an opportunity to learn about other modes of worship, it also helps facilitate their own personal choice of worship.
Focus Groups-Our focus groups are small groups that stay consistent as far as the staff leading them as well as the campers in them throughout the weekend. During the weekend, the staff will lead in discussion about different topics with the girls during meeting times that relate to the theme of the weekend.
Vision Teams-Believing that we all have a role in changing our community, schools and churches for Jesus Christ, the girls will be challenged by the vision team leaders to not only share these visions but also to bring these visions to fruition. These teams are led by leaders in churches, schools and communities.
